- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must include original packaging and tags.
- Custom made or special order carpets cannot be returned.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a carpet that is damaged during shipping or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the carpet
- Photos of packaging damage
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned carpet is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
- Bank processing time may vary depending on payment provider.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Special bulk export orders
- Clearance or discounted products

7. International Orders
For international carpet orders, return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.
